Terms of Service for Butt Workout for Women

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Butt Workout for Women app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Butt Workout for Women is a fitness app providing:

Guided workout programs for glutes, legs, and core
HD exercise video demonstrations
Progress tracking (weight, photos, workout history)
Voice coaching during workouts

3. Health Disclaimer

Important: This app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You exercise at your own risk.

4. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are available on monthly or annual basis:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Free trial periods, if offered, forfeit any unused portion upon purchasing a subscription

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

6. Data and Privacy

Your workout data, weight entries, and progress photos are stored locally on your device. We use RevenueCat for subscription management. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific fitness goals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veskisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any injuries sustained during exercise, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
